We stand behind our products 100% and have a Happiness Guarantee. If you are unhappy with your Little Mahi product(s) purchased from our website for any reason when you receive it, we will replace it or you may return it for a full refund, within 30 days of the original purchase date. If you ever have a quality issue with your doll, after the 30 days or anytime in the future, we'll happily replace it for you. Refer to Our Happiness Guarantee below.
All refunds or exchanges require an original order number and will be processed within 1-2 days upon receipt of your returned product.
All Personalized Blankets are Final Sale. Please ensure that the spelling of the name on your order for a personalized blanket is accurate before placing the order.
Our Happiness Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of all of our products and will replace them if quality issues arise. Our Happiness Guarantee applies only to original purchasers, not to products bought second hand.
We’re sorry, but our Happiness Guarantee does not apply to acts outside of our control such as lost or damaged products. Return postage is not included when returning or exchanging a product.
Please note that each product is made by hand and will have its own unique characteristics.
We donate 1 blanket + 10 meals for every purchase made, even if it’s returned.
